Good Friday @ St. John's Summit

Good Friday is the day Jesus died; what’s good about that? It is true that Good Friday is a somber, even sorrowful day, when we reflect on the suffering and death of Jesus; however, it is also a good day because through the cross we are reconciled to God. In dying, Jesus destroys our death. This is God’s good news for us! All are welcome to Good Friday services at 12 noon and 7:30 pm on April 18th at St. John's Lutheran Church in Summit.
