Parenting and local advocates will host a forum and
Q&A session open to the public  on how
to protect yourself and your family naturally through cold and flu season. The
discussion will focus on such topics as:



- Immune boosting strategies



- Cold medicines and vaccines

At this
gathering a reception with healthy food to nurture the body will be available beginning
at 6pm and critically important information to nurture the mind will be offered
through the presenters, exhibitors and goody bags.  Forum discussion begins at 7:00pm.



The discussion will feature four well-known parenting
experts, including Kelly Brogan, MD, medical director for Nurture Parenting;
Mary Coyle, DI, a homeopath and director of the Real Child Center; Louise Kuo
Habakus, executive director of Nurture Parenting and Life Health Choices; and
Larry Palevsky, MD, a board certified pediatrician.



Registration
is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Seating is limited. Your viewers can register
