The Coalition on Family Caregiving Presents "Taking Care of Me"

Presented by Deanna Butters, MAOM, CDP and Director of Spend a Day Adult Health Center at SAGE Eldercare.

This program is designed to identify and manage stressors in a caregiver's environment.  The importance of physical activity and maintaining one's mental health as a caregiver will be discussed.  This program will review the physical changes that happen to someone who is stressed, and what techniques a caregiver can use to avoid and manage stressful situations.  Finally, "Taking Care of Me" is all about being good to yourself, giving yourself praise and acknowledging the work that you are doing.

For more information or to RSVP, call 908-598-5548 or email education@sageeldercare.org by September 13.

This seminar is part of SAGE'S P.R.E.P Caregiver Support Group which meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month.  You do not have to be part of the group to attend.
