The Film Society of Summit presents the first area screening of HANNAH ARENDT.  Screening followed by discussion with Roger Berkowitz, Director of the Hannah Arendt Center at Bard College in Annendale, NY.
Directed by Margarethe von Trotta.  Starring Barbara Sukowa, Axel Milberg, Janet McTeer.  A look at the life of controversial philosopher and political theorist Hannah Arendt who reported for The New Yorker on the war crimes trial of the Nazi Adolf Eichmann and coined the term 'the banality of evil.'
