As part of SAGE's monthly PREP Caregiver Support Group, Eugene Rosner, Esq., a prominent elder law attorney, will discuss important legal documents for seniors and their families. Mr. Rosner will review strategies for dealing with legal issues and important legal documents for seniors to consider. He will address many questions including what to do if your mom has dementia and no power of attorney, what government benefits might you be eligible for to offset the staggering cost of long-term care; and, what is the difference between a living will and an advanced care directive. To RSVP for this free program, call 908.598.5509 or email emcnally@sageeldercare.org.
