An Evening of Good Will, Good Friends...Good Grief

Good Grief, a year-round grief support program for children, teens and adults will be hosting An Evening of Good Will, Good Friends… Good Grief  on October 21st.  The event is free to attend and will bring together the organization's supporters, volunteers and families to raise awareness of its mission and celebrate its accomplishments. The evening begins with tasting tables from The Grand Summit Hotel, Fiorino, Café Mavi, Enjou Chocolat, Kings Catering and Brownie Points.   This will be followed by an inspirational program featuring testimonials from Good Grief participants. At the end of the evening guests are asked to consider making a donation. There is no minimum and no maximum gift expected, and no obligation to make a contribution.  As much as anything, the event is an opportunity to come and learn about the impact of grief on children and what adults can do to help.

In addition to the local eateries noted above, the event is sponsored by: Celgene Corporation, The Grand Summit Hotel, Flowers by Bradley, Hilltop Savings Bank, Peter Wallberg Photography, Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, Patient First Dentistry of Summit and Final Gifts.

Since 2007  Good Grief has provided peer support services for close to 200 families coping with loss due to death,  from over 60 towns in New Jersey.  For more information, or to RSVP, contact events@good-grief.org or call 908-522-1999.
