The East Summit Association will hold a reorganization meeting on Sunday, November 28, 2010, at the Oakes Memorial Center, the corner of Morris Avenue and Russell Place. Doors will open at 1:00 P. M. for registration, and the meeting will start promptly at 2:00 P. M. The purpose of the meeting will be to reorganize the leadership of the East Summit Association as I plan on retiring as it's President. The Steering Committee recently met and we have put forth for the members consideration the below proposed slate of officers:

Please note that we will entertain from the floor any other nominations for these offices. We will also welcome anyone wishing to volunteer on any of our committees. You should also be made aware that once we reorganize we plan on having a General Meeting at a later date to discuss goals, accomplishments, and any difficulties in our efforts to improve the quality of life in East Summit.
