The Knights of Columbus will be hosting a food drive for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. This will take place at the council hall located at 60 Shunpike Rd. on December 18th, 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Items requested are frozen turkeys, canned goods, non-perishable items such as pasta and rice. Monetary donations are also welcome in the form of a check made out to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. This has been the most challenging year for the Food Bank in terms of demand from those in need. The community was very generous during the recent food drive the week before Thanksgiving yet the demand is just as great going into the Christmas holiday. Pictured from left to right:
