SAGE INVITES PUBLIC TO SUMMER ICE CREAM SOCIALS

This summer SAGE Eldercare is launching an "Ice Cream Social" series by encouraging the public to come visit their facility to learn more about the non-profit eldercare organization that has been based in Summit for 56 years.  The times of the monthly sessions are being offered at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 30th, Thursday July 22nd and Wednesday, August 11th.   Jessica Rosenzweig, SAGE's Executive Director, will be on hand to explain how SAGE has been expanding their programs and services to meet the community's changing needs of a growing elderly population.

SAGE's headquarters at 290 Broad Street will be the site of the informal group gatherings.   The brief discussion and tour will last between one and one and a half hours, depending on the size of the group.  During this time, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the SAGE building which houses its twelve programs and services under one roof – with the exception of The Resale Shop which is located nearby in Summit.  Visitors will be able to see many of the SAGE services in action, as well as meet the dedicated staff who oversees the programs.  The agenda will include an opportunity to meet some of the SAGE Trustees, who along with Ms. Rosenzweig will be available to answer questions. Ice cream will be served during your visit.

Please indicate your preferred day when you RSVP to Dawn Knill, Director of Development and Public Relations by calling 908-598-5503 or via email at dknill@sageeldercare.org.  If the dates or times provided are not convenient, SAGE will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.  Please visit our website at www.sageeldercare.org to see the latest offerings and news at SAGE Eldercare.
