The Union County Homeless Outreach is sponsoring a one-day only shelter placement for area homeless. For help and shelter, homeless individuals can go to Union County Division of Social Services from 8:30am to 4:30pm at 342 Westminster Ave. in Elizabeth or 200 West Second Street in Plainfield.
