VINTAGE GOLD IDOL - Benefit for ALS

What happens when a couple dozen of the areas most talented young performers compete for the honor of “headline act” in an ALS fundraiser? VINTAGE GOLD IDOL answers that question as singers, dancers, actors and comedians take the stage at the Cranford Dramatic Club June 10th and 11th at 7:30 PM. Featuring music from Billy Joel to Broadway and presented as a send up of our society’s fascination with reality based competition shows, VINTAGE GOLD IDOL has something for everyone.
VINTAGE GOLD IDOL is a follow up to October’s smash fundraiser VINTAGE GOLD SUPPER CLUB which raised a significant amount of money for a family dealing with ALS. Alexander Kariotis, founder of Vintage Gold Productions, began the organization in honor of his brother Tony who lost his battle with disease. Kariotis’ ROCK OPERA ORCHESTRA, one man show HOLDING ON, and youth-based STAGEWORKS are all performance art dedicated to helping those with ALS.
Directed by Russ Crespolini and Aimee Willis, with Musical Direction by Alexander Kariotis and Choreography by Michael Mosely, Executive Producer Tom Kerns, Producers Martha Akerman and Abbe Maron and Pixie Dust Director Lindsay Maron, VINTAGE GOLD IDOL promises to be a fabulous night of entertainment.  So who’s routine will reign supreme? There's only one way to find out!  Come support this talented group of youth from our area performing to raise money for a great cause!
Shows June 10 and 11 at 7:30 PM at the Cranford Dramatic Club.  For Tickets, please visit: http://hkcommunityfund.org/donate
