From our “family” to yours: Summit Chorale rings in the 2012 Christmas season with its Annual Holiday Family Concert!
Enjoy a wide variety of holiday favorites, including classic Robert Shaw/Alice Parker arrangements of classic international carols, Ralph Vaughan Williams’ robustly festive “Wassail Song,” Artistic Director Thomas Juneau’s haunting “The Snow Carol,” and the perennial favorite, “’Twas The Night Before Christmas.” As always, Summit Chorale will conclude the evening with an audience “sing-along” of favorite Christmas Carols followed immediately by a free post-concert reception.
The performance will take place on Friday, Dec. 14, 8 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, located at 587 Springfield Ave. in Summit. Tickets cost $20 per family. To purchase tickets, and to learn more about this and future concerts, please visit our website at http://www.summitchorale.org. Tickets may also be purchased at the door the evening of the concert.
