Time to Bundle Up: JLS Thrift Shop Announces Coat Event

SUMMIT, NEW JERSEY, October 17, 2013 – The Junior League of Summit Thrift Shop, 37 DeForest Ave., is excited to announce its annual Coat Event. The Coat Event features gently used men’s, women’s and children’s coats. The event will be held Thursday, October 24th from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m..

This year’s coat event features coats of all styles, whether you're looking for a casual, light fall jacket or a snow parka. Coat prices are typically 50% less than full retail cost and the selection will be extensive with plenty of colors and choices for boys, girls and infants, with great buys under $15. Swing by to find amazing deals on coats for the fall and winter.

“We hope people will stop by and see our wonderful coat selection,” said Junior League of Summit President Colleen Markley, “We're providing shoppers an affordable way to keep their families warm this winter. And by supporting The Junior League of Summit Thrift Shop, you're supporting the local community. All of the Shop’s proceeds go directly back to the Junior League and are reinvested in the form of grants and funding for community projects.”
