Summit Pizzeria Donates $1 to Cub Scouts This Month

Zappia's, Downtown Summit's newest pizza place will help fill the coffers of the local Cub Scouts with a $1 donation for every large pizza purchased this month.

A large traditional pizza at currently costs $11.75, according to website. But, via a new promotion to support local youth, they'll pocket $1 less.

"We were approached to be involved with the youth of Summit once again and jumped at the chance," said manager Scott Miller.

The Cubs are from left to right; Nicolas Margaritis, Hunter Cantone, Kyle Rose, Devin Tapia, Fisher Cantone and Thomas Duff.
