8am – 9am                  Hatha Yoga with Patty Borzner

Gentle stretching and energizing yoga sequence to put you in a receptive place for the day's opportunities.

9am – 10am   7 Spiritual Laws of Success (Deepak Chopra Style) with Claire Diab

Personal understanding and harmony promote fulfilling relationships and material abundance without extra effort. This session will teach you how to achieve it.

10am – 11am              Experience the benefits of Aromatherapy with Essential Oils presented by Anne Burke and Shari Caspert

Living a healthy, aromatic and neurologically healthy lifestyle is as simple as the natural aromas which have been around since the beginning of time. Young Living essential oils have tremendous health and wellness benefits. In this hands on presentation you will experience these natural, plant based, therapeutic scents. 

11am – 12noon                       Balance, Fitness and Strength Training with Michal Efron

The body can be sculpted, and Michal motivates the art within you to emerge with strength training for the best you can be!

12noon – 1pm             Chinese Energetics with Alex Shipman

Learn about The Yuen Method which works to identify the root causes of physical and/or emotional discomfort and relieves pain, stress and barriers to goal achievement by re-orienting the natural flow of energy in your body to strengthen, heal and energize.

1pm – 2pm                  Lunch Break and Networking

 2pm – 4pm  For parents of young children: No sessions to allow for meeting children at school or home; come back when they are settled!

4pm – 5pm    The Lite Method: Nutrition and Stress Reduction for Life

The food, mind and fun connection: Developing a program that is fun and easy to maintain without the gimmicks so you don’t have to “dwell” on it 

5pm – 6pm                              Meditation and Goal Setting with Francoise Gross
