Summit Crime Report: Bike Stolen from NJ Transit Rack

On August 10, police received a report of theft of Silver Trek mountain bike from the train station bike rack sometime between 6:15 a.m. and 6:45 p.m.
On August 8, police arrested Steven Friedman, 25, of Marlton at Rt. 24 and Summit Ave. for Contempt of Court
On August 4, police arrested Melvin Carrion, 38, of Raritan at the Strand Mall on Springfield Avenue for Contempt of Court

On July 27, policer arrested Shadaya Ramey, 22, of Bayonne at the Medical Arts Building on Overlook Road for Theft by Deception 3rd Degree
On July 20, plice arrested TashonYoung, 26, of Newark, at Summit Police Headquarters for two counts Forgery-Credit Card Fraud, Theft by Deception 3rd Degree and Impersonation-Identity Theft 3rd Degree
