Cops: Man Caused Trio of Accidents in One Hour

Collingswood man also arrested after being rescued.

Three times is sometimes a charm. In the case of one Galloway man, it was apparently the opposite.

And it all happened in the aftermath of a hurricane.

Luckily, in each of the first two accidents none of the victims were hurt, police said. However, as the descriptions piled up from each, the third accident (only involving the alleged perpetrator) led to the man's arrest for all three—and possession of suspected heroin.
