No Injury as Truck Strikes Watchung Ave. Bridge
The truck driver was issued a summons for careless driving.
A truck driver struck the NJ Transit overpass along Watchung Avenue Tuesday morning.
At 8:47 a.m. Tuesday, Sgt. Michael Mahoney of the investigated the accident. He found that Cedric Davis, 41, of North Bergen was driving a box truck west on Watchung Avenue when he struck the railroad overpass, police said.
Davis was not injured, according to police.
