Police Blotter: New Providence Teen Arrested For Fake ID

Plus the rest of the weekly police blotter.

On April 13, police received a report of burglary by forcible entry and theft at a Morris Essex Turnpike gas station sometime between 10 p.m., April 12 and 6:25 a.m. April 13. Reported stolen was a green 2001 Dodge Caravan as well as keys to five U-Haul trucks and another customer’s vehicle. $26 in change was also reported missing.

On April 13, police received a report of burglary and theft from a Morris Turnpike dog grooming business sometime during the previous evening. Reported missing is an HP Pavillion DV9000 laptop computer.

On April 13, police arrested Schuyler J. Mora, 30, of New Providence, at Summit Police Headquarters for Theft of Moveable Property.

On April 14, police arrested Drew D. Miller, of Bushkill, P.A. at Summit Avenue for Driving While Suspended.

On April 14, police arrested Brianna L. Cress, 18, of New Providence, at Broad Street for Underage Purchase of Alcohol and Possession/Use of Fake ID to Purchase Alcohol.

On April 15, police arrested Daniel Didario, 47, of Somerville, at Summit Avenue for Driving While Intoxicated.

On April 17, police received a report of damage to motor vehicle while it was parked in a Clark Street residential driveway sometime between 8 p.m., April 16 and 9 a.m., April 17. Rear window of vehicle smashed out.

On April 17, police received a report of theft of a Motorola Droid cell phone valued at $570 from a Morris Avenue convenience store sometime after 9:20 p.m.

On April 18, police arrested Lyle L. Dungee, 25, of Plainfield, at Springfield Avenue for Driving While Suspended.
