Police Blotter: Roselle Man Arrested for Credit Card Fraud

Police Blotter week of May 19-May 24

On May 19, police arrested Alan V. Craig, 35, of Summit, at Broad Street and Springfield Avenue for Contempt of Court.
 
On May 19, police arrested Lee Channing Tyler, Lee Channing, 26, of West New York, at Broad Street and Springfield Avenue for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and
Contempt of Court.
 
On May 20, police arrested Jaime Amato, 39, of Roselle Park, at Summit Police
Headquarters for Theft by Deception, two counts of Forgery for Credit Card Fraud  two counts of third degree forgery third degree theft by deception.
 
On May 20, police arrested Majestic Messiah, 43, of Union, at Beauvoir Avenue for
Contempt of Court, Driving While Suspended, Maintenance of Lamps and Failure to Give Proper Signal.
 
On May 21, police received a report of $403 from a register at a café in Overlook Hospital sometime between 8:30 p.m. May 14 and 8:30 a.m. May 15.
 
On May 22, police arrested Elizabeth Mcguinn, 30, of Chatham, at Railroad Avenue
parking lot for Disorderly Conduct.
 
On May 23, police received a report of damage to vehicle while it was parked in an Overlook Hospital parking garage sometime between 3:05 p.m. and 7:20 p.m.  Two of the vehicle's tires were flat due to unscrewing of valve stems on tires.
 
On May 23, police arrested Walter Gallagher Jr., 59, of Summit, arrested at Tulip Street for Driving While Suspended.
