Police Blotter: Springfield Avenue Apartment Burglarized
$25,000 worth of jewelry reported stolen.

On March 9, police received a report of theft from a vehicle while it was parked in a Whittredge Road residential driveway sometime between 7:00 p.m. March 8 and 8:30 a.m March 9. Reported missing are an iPod Nano, iPod/Phone Charger and Maui Jim sunglasses.
On March 9, police received a report of theft of red/white/black Mongoose Mountain Bike valued at $300 from the property of Lincoln Hubbard School sometime between 8 and 4 p.m.

On March 10, police received a report of theft of a Garmin GPS valued at $200 from a vehicle while it was parked at a Debary Place residence sometime between 7:30 p.m. March 8 and 4 p.m., March 9.
On March 13, police arrested Andre Gabriel Skeete, 24, of East Orange, arrested at Summit Police Headquarters for Contempt of Court.
On March 13 police arrested Leonardo Quesada-Chaverri, 18 of Summit, at West End Avenue for Driving While Intoxicated.
On March 14, police arrested, Steven O. Kraemer, 36, of Summit, at Summit Avenue for Driving While Intoxicated.
On March 15, police received a report of burglary and theft to a Springfield Avenue residential apartment sometime between 5:30 p.m., March 8 and 10:30 p.m., March 12. Various jewelry items reported were missing valued at approximately $25,000.
On March 15, police arrested Alfonso Sims, 41, of Irvington, at Overlook Hospital for Contempt of Court.
