Police Report Minor Injuries in Afternoon Crash on 78

There are no lane shutdowns in the crash reported around 4:45p.m. today.

There are unconfirmed reports of a multiple-car crash on Interstate 78 that occurred some time around 4:45p.m. today. The accident happened near mile-marker 48 in Summit, according to reports.

State Police have confirmed that at least two automobiles were involved in an accident which has resulted in minor injuries. No further information is available at this time.
Police say no major lane shutdowns are in effect, with the accident being cleared to the right shoulder of the highway.
