Andres Solis, 24, of Summit was arrested at Park Avenue on the following charges: 2 Counts CDS Distribution Near School Property, Manufacturing, 2 Counts Distributing, Dispensing of CDS 3rd Degree, Possession of 50 Grams or Less Marijuana and Possession of CDS.
Precious N. White, 18, of Scotch Plains was arrested at Springfield Avenue and Glenwood Place for allegedly shoplifting.
Apolinar Ochoa Evangelista, 42, of Voorhees was arrested at Middle Avenue and Grove Street for allegedly driving while suspended and contempt of court.
Jose Gerardo Mazariego, 24, of Summit, was arrested at Union Place on an outstanding warrant.
