Summit Crime Report: Car Window Smashed, $350 Item Stolen at Broad Street Garage

All arrest information is provided by the Summit Police Department. An arrest does not indicate guilt, only a court of law can make that decision.

On Tuesday, a pair of $350 sunglasses and a vehicle registration card were reported stolen from one car in the Broad Street Garage. Two other cars were damaged, one had its passenger side window smashed, and another car showed signs that someone was trying to break in according to a police report. The incident occured between 8a.m. and 11:30p.m. 

 

Arrests

Brandon L. Moore, 21, of Tobhanna, PA, was arrested at Rt. 24 and Summit Avenue on a charge of contempt of court.

Ashleigh A. Kast, 24, of Clark, arrested at Rt. 78 on a charge of contempt of court.
