The following information was provided by the Summit Police Department.
March 4, 2013: At 7:01 p.m. police received a report of criminal mischief at a school of dance on Morris Avenue. The glass section of the front door was broken sometime between March 1 and March 3, 2013.
March 5, 2013: At 11:53 p.m. Brodders, Derrick, Eugene, 40, of Florham Park was arrested on Route 24 West for Driving While Intoxicated and Careless Driving.
March 5, 2013: At 11:37 a.m. police received a report of criminal mischief at a Broad Street business. A rock thrown was through front window sometime during the night.
March 7, 2013: At 3:40 p.m. police received a report of a theft of a brown 2011 Acura MDX from a Templar Way residence sometime between 4 p.m. on March 6 and 4 a.m. on March 7.
March 7, 2013: At 8:33 a.m. police received a report of the theft of a black 2010 BMW X3 from a Pine Grove Avenue residence sometime between 8 p.m. on March 6 and 8 a.m. on March 7.
