Council President Bomgaars: 'Evil Manifested In Summit'
Council President addressed July 17 murder of Summit resident.
Council President Dave Bomgaars and Mayor Jordan Glatt addressed the July 17 murder of 47-year-old Summit resident Abelino Mazariego.
Bomgaars said that on that night "evil manifested in Summit."
But he also said he wishes to refrain from pointing fingers and blaming people for mitigating factors in the case.

Mayor Jordan Glatt thanked the police for their "fine police work" in the case and for their cooperation with the Union County Prosecutor's Office.
