It's primary day and the Republican candidates are casting their ballots.

District 7, where he votes, has seen pretty low turnout so far, reporting about a dozen ballots cast. Poll workers there said they were expecting around 14 percent turnout.

Bomgaars spent some time chatting with poll workers about some issues in town right now, such as the proposed helipad at Overlook Hospital, the downtown revitalization efforts, and the Mayor's Partnership for the Arts.
