Springfield T-Mobile Tower Hearing Postponed Until August

Springfield Board of Adjustment cancels meeting due to expected absences.

A vote on T-Mobile's application for variances to build a cell tower on the border of Springfield and Summit has been postponed until the August meeting of the Springfield Board of Adjustment.

According to board chairperson Margaret Bandrowski not enough board members will be present for the July meeting for T-Mobile to have a chance for the five votes they need for approval.

At the August 24 meeting, T-Mobile will have a real estate person to testify and then T-Mobile attorney Constantine Stamos will give his closing arguments.
