7 Dorset Lane: A ranch with three bedrooms and two full baths was listed for $769,000 and sold for $820,000.

23 Club Drive: A split-level with four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath was listed for $899,900 and sold for $840,000.

129 Hobart Avenue: A Victorian with eight bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths was listed for $1,500,000 and sold for $1,413,950.
