Do You Know What Legal Documents Are Necessary for Aging?

Important legal documents for seniors and their families will be the topic addressed by Eugene Rosner, Esq., at a free presentation to be offered at SAGE Eldercare, 290 Broad Street, on Wednesday, June 18 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Mr. Rosner is a prominent certified elder law attorney with Fink, Rosner, Ershow-Levenberg, LLC in Clark, NJ.

Mr. Rosner will review strategies for dealing with legal issues and important legal documents for seniors to consider.  He will address many questions including:  What do you do if your mom has dementia and no power of attorney?  What government benefits might you be eligible for to offset the staggering costs of long term care? and What is the difference between a living will and an advanced care directive?

“We are excited to have Eugene Rosner return to SAGE to cover another important legal topic,” stated Ellen McNally, Director of InfoCare at SAGE.  “Monthly, SAGE’s P.R.E.P. support group is open to the public so that caregivers have the chance to meet others in similar circumstances, learn effective problem-solving and coping skills, and receive emotional support.  Most months, we bring in outside speakers who are of interest to our group and the public, at large.”
