On Thursday, May 15 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, local author Mary McHugh will be at SAGE Eldercare to present her latest book – Go for It! 100 Ways to Feel Young, Vibrant, Interested and Interesting After 50.

“I’m looking forward to speaking again at SAGE.  Their work makes such a valuable contribution to the community.  I always enjoy meeting the families who come to SAGE and the remarkable people who run such an incredibly useful organization,” stated Mary McHugh.   “My presentation will focus on some of the ways that I’ve found to keep life interesting and enjoyable after 50 and I look forward to interacting with the audience to learn about their own lives, activities and perspectives.”

Ms. McHugh will discuss some innovative ways to continue to stay active while aging.  “We are excited to have Ms. McHugh speak – she has such a vivacious personality and quick wit that this presentation is sure to be a real treat!  In addition, the presentation and topic fits perfectly with SAGE’s mission of helping older adults remain in the one place they feel most comfortable – their own homes,” noted Jessica Rosenzweig Gruber, Executive Director of SAGE.
