Already thinking about planning next year's vacation? The Summit school district has approved its 2014-2015 school calendar.
Schools will open Thursday, Sept. 4. The calendar reflects 184 school days, with 4 built-in snow days. School will close for students at the end of the 180th actual day of school, according to the district website, which means:
- If no snow days are used, school will end for students and staff on June 19.
- If one snow day is used, school will end for students on June 22 and staff on June 23.
If two snow days are used, school will end for students on June 23 and staff on June 24. - If three snow days are used, school will end for students on June 24 and staff on June 25.
- If four snow days are used, school will end for students on June 25 and staff on June 26.
