"Do the Math" BIG Summit Pod monthly meeting

Why is it important to do the math? "Doing the Math” gives you a roadmap to follow so that you can move your business forward and lead you to closer to financial success. Without making a comprehensive plan that estimates how much your business will cost you AND how much your business will make over time – your business is very likely to fail financially. A business plan is essential to helping you understand how you want to move your business forward. Doing the Math is part of that plan. Doing the Math is one piece of the Business Plan (and probably the hardest part for most of us). With a business plan and the financials in place, the roadmap is set (not in stone) and it will help you decide how to move forward.

Our speaker is Ann Mills, the C.E.O. of The Resourceful Business LLC.
She started The Resourceful Business LLC to assist owners struggling to manage the day-to-day operations of their own small businesses. Recently a successful small business owner herself, she witnessed the failure of many owners unable to manage the financial and operational requirements of their own business. The Resourceful Business LLC seeks to collaborate with owners, so they can continue to creatively grow their business endeavors.
