Don't Let Stress Ruin Your Life: Recognition and Personal Treatment for Stress Related Fatigue

Does fatigue haunt you? Stress can trigger everything from tiredness to more serious ailments and pain.  Fatigue expert Richard Wilmot, M.D., will lead an exploration of the many different sources of fatigue, how to determine if there is an underlying condition requiring medical intervention, and helpful approaches to relief and renewal you can implement yourself. We'll also discuss dealing with stress through meditative and lifestyle practices, and ways to find a supportive diet.  You yourself -- using the right tools and guidance -- have the ability to discover what is wrong and design a program to recover that innate energy that your body and soul are designed to supply. Though each person's body is unique, we'll provide an outline to use as you explore and expand, finding your own unique path toward recovery.

Rchard Wilmot, M.D., is a Program Director of Enthesis Medical Associates, a multi-disciplinary clinic in Albany, NY, for the treatment of fibromyalgia, fatigue and connective tissue injuries. He is specially trained in the treatment of body pain, fatigue and myofascial pain.   The Rev. Dr. Robert Corin Morris, Interweave Director, is an Episcopal priest, certified spiritual director and meditation teacher. He is author of Wrestling with Grace, Suffering and the Courage of God, and Provocative Grace: The Challenge in Jesis' Words, regular essays in Weavings, and his new blog Provocative Ponderings.
