Enrichment Program Registration

Registration for AfterSchool and Kinderquest programs at The Connection for Women and Families begins on Monday, Feb. 27. The Connection’s School-Age child care enrichment programs are dedicated to inspiring learning beyond the school day.

The Connection’s Kinderquest for ages 5-6, is an enrichment program for the other half of the Kindergartnern student’s day offered in partnership with the Summit Board of Education at the Summit Primary Centers.

The curriculum, written by the Summit Board of Education, includes academics like math, science and language arts as well as games, story time, outdoor play and arts and crafts. Kinderquest students also participate in special enrichment activities with instructors from The Connection including dance, musical theater, art and yoga. “The extra half hour – whether morning or afternoon – helps students develop academic and social skills that will aid them in the future,” said Director of Afterschool Enrichment Susan Siberine.
