Free Beginner Swim Lessons at Summit Y

Free Swim Lesson Offered at Summit Y
The Summit Y will offer free beginner swim lessons for youth ages 3 to 10 years on Tuesday, December 29.

The Y has been teaching people to swim for over 100 years. The Y Splash program is a fun way to learn water safety and basic swimming skills for children with little or no previous swimming experience. The program is taught by Y trained and certified staff. Y membership is not required; the program is open to the community. (Participants cannot be currently enrolled in the Y youth aquatics program.)

Lessons will take place at 10:00 to 10:30 am for ages 3 to 6 (kindergarten); and 10:30 am to 11:00 am for ages 6 (1st Grade) to 10. Each time period is limited to 24 participants. Pre-registration is required. Stop by the Summit Y, 67 Maple Street, 908-273-3330, to complete a registration form and reserve your child's place in the class. Space is limited.
