Property Tax Seminar

Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Summit office will host a tax seminar at the Maplewood Memorial Library.  This free seminar will provide answers to many real estate assessment and tax appeal process questions.

The seminar will include Ellen Malgieri, local tax assessor, Virginia Puder, ESQ of Puder and Poltrock, tax attorney and Chris Healy, SRA certified appraiser of Metropolitan Appraisal Services.
 
The following questions will be addressed as well as a question and answer opportunity:


·     What is the difference between property tax assessments and current market value?
·     How can I determine whether to file a property tax appeal?
·     What is the process entailed in filing a property tax appeal?
