3rd Overall, Individual Union County Champions- Ryan Sebastian in the 200 Individual Medley and Loring Bowen in the 100 Butterfly and 100 BACKSTROKE. Ryan slso placed second in the 100 Breast. Kyle Lyman 10th 100 Fly and 8th 500 Free Cameron Simko finished second in the 200 free and 3rd 500 Free, Tim Kostolansky 3rd 200 IM and 4th 100 Back,Luca Guadagno 5th 200 IM amd 9th 100 Breast, Will Beckett 2nd 50 Free, 4th 100 Free, Kevin Fries 5th 50 Free, 9th 100 Free, Kyle Fries, 11th 50 Free, Matt Stern 13th 200 Free, Matt Bauer 12th 200 Free and 11th 500 Free, Rob Zhang 12th 100 Breast, Will Benn 2nd 100 Back and 3rd 100 Free, Jimmy Currie 11th 100 Fly.

2012 NJ Public B State Championship Bracket

Montgomery 6, Summit 2: Had an eight-game winning streak snapped by NJ's No. 10 team. Trailed 3-2 after second period but surrendered three third-period goals.

Summit 8, GL 1: Eric Stabler- 4 goals, 2 assists. Riley Flynn- 2 goals, 3 assits.

Summit 8, Cranford 2: Dominated the Cougars for their second win of the season over their rival led by Riley Flynn's two goals. For more:

Summit 60, Lyndhurst 35: Kate Martino led the way with 19 points for the Hilltoppers. All seven seniors were the top scorers for Summit. Kelly Osmulski scored 15 points and now stands 15 away from 1,000.

Summit 34, Roselle Catholic 24: Kate Martino totaled 18 of Summit's 34 points in the UCIAC quarterfinals victory. The Hilltoppers trailed 14-7 at the half and came out of the locker room and took over.

Summit 44, Plainfield 38: Olivia Gallupo was huge for the Hilltoppers, pulling in 16 rebounds.

Summit 54, Westfield 31: Kelly Osmulski-20 points

Summit 50, Union 41: Kelly Osmulski-18 points. Nicole Johnson-15

Boys Basketball

Summit 69, Oratory 54: Bashawn Mickens scored a season high 33 points (11/18 FG) and pulled in nine rebounds in the Hilltoppers' victory over the Rams.

Summit 55, Koinonia 33: Bashawn Mickens totaled 30 points in the win

Summit 55, UC 54: Ryan Sweeney scored 15 points in the Hilltoppers' third win of the season.

First Round States-OKS 50, Villa Walsh 39: The Royals pulled in 35 rebounds in their opening round win over Villa Walsh. Kerri Moran led the scoring with 19 points.

OKS 50, Johnson 29: The Royals were strong on defense in their UCT win over Johnson, recording 11 steals.

OKS 37, UC 32: Kerri Moran scored 15 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

OKS 36, NP 31: Recorded 11 steals in the win over New Providence.

OKS 43, Elizabeth 30: Kerri Moran-20 points 7 rebounds.

KP 45, Benedictine 35: Lauren Oberlander totaled 13 points in the win over Benedictine.

KP 62, St. Pat's 59: Jillian Nash scored an impressive 29 points in the win over the Celtics. Lara Brachman-Goldstein added 13 points and nine rebounds while Claire Crispo added 13 and five.

KP 49, Benedictine 4: 13 players scored points for the Dragons led by Jillian Nash with nine.

-The team beat the host Pingry squad for the first time ever in the “Big Blue Invitational" 315-306. Tasha Kewalramani was a first place finisher winning the 100 breastroke in 1:21.93.

Oratory 67, Pingry 31: 12 different players scored in the Rams' win.

Oratory 64, Morris Catholic 48: Matt Billups went off for the Rams, scoring 19 points and pulling in 14 rebounds in the win.

Oratory 86, Brearley 47: Zychowski led the way for the Rams with 31 points in the blowout win over the Brearley Bears.

Oratory 61, Roselle Park 56: Matt Billups recorded 18 points and eight rebounds in the win. Kevin Zychowski totaled 14 and five.

Newark Academy 79, Oratory Prep 75 (OT): Kevin Zychowski scored 22 points in the overtime loss to Newark Academy in the first round of the Oratory Classic.
