Superintendent Dr. Nathan Parker Reminds Community of Upcoming Discussions

Dr. Parker wrote a letter to the Summit community to enjoy the spring vacation and remind them of upcoming discussions regarding Summit Public Schools.

Dear Parents, Staff and Summit Community,
As we approach the beginning of our spring vacation, I want to extend my wishes to you and your families to enjoy a safe holiday break. As we begin to see the first signs of spring, use this week as a restful time before we head into the last months of the school year and a season filled with many exciting district-wide events.

I'd like to remind you of some key upcoming dates that are important to the community's involvement in our continued discussion regarding the future of the Summit Public Schools.

Saturdays, 3/30 and 4/6: Chats with BOE Regarding Five-Year Facilities Plan
9am - 10:30am
Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School

Saturday, 4/13: Speak Up Summit's State of the District Meeting
9am - noon
Summit High School

Thursday, 4/18: BOE Meeting and Five-Year Facilities Plan Town Hall
BOE Meeting: 6pm - 7:30pmTown Hall: 7:30pm - 9pm
*Both at Summit High School (note new location)
