Annual PAL Pet Show

Summit has some of the most interesting and entertaining pets! Summit’s families are challenged to enter their pets in the Annual PAL Pet Show on Sunday, June 12, 2011. This annual event is free of charge and a local favorite among kids of all ages. Bring your cat, dog, reptiles, rodents, fish, birds and every variety of faithful friends to the PAL Pet Show. Held on the Bouras Building Parking Lot at 25 DeForest Avenue, this show will entertain all who attend. Registration begins at 11:00 AM with the Judging starting at 11:30 AM. There will be FREE hot dogs for all humans. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in a variety of categories. The competition can get quite fierce as owners and pets put on their best appearances for the judges. Come early, get registered and be ready for showing your pets best features. This event as all events sponsored by the Summit PAL are offered free of charge. The Summit PAL is a non profit organization that depends on donations from the community. A donation box will be available that day, should you be so inclined to donate to this worthy cause. The City of Summit Department of Community Programs assists the Summit PAL in providing this great activity.
