Hatha Yoga for All Levels

Join popular local yoga instructor Anne DeBevoise for yoga each week.  Enhance the connection among mind, body and spirit!  In this class, you will use breathing exercises and gentle seated, standing and reclining poses. The intention of the class is to create an evironment where each student can explore yoga and come away feeling relaxed. Modifications will be integrated as needed.  Please bring a yoga mat.
