Hatha Yoga for All Levels

Enhance the connection among mind, body and spirit! Join this popular class, in which you will use breathing exercises and gentle seated, standing and reclining poses.  The intention of the class is to create an environment where each student can explore yoga and come away feeling relaxed. Modifications will be integrated as needed.  Please bring a yoga mat. Further series will be scheduled if there is sufficient interest.

Popular local yoga instructor Anne DeBevoise will teach the class.
