Summit Lacrosse Club 2012 Registration begins October 15th and runs through Novemver 30th.

Registration for all Summit boys and girls in grades one through eight interested in playing lacrosse for the 2012 season will be online @ www.summitlacrosseclub.com

        Starting on Saturday, October 15th 2011.

 SATURDAY, October 15, 2011 through WEDNESDAY, November 30, 2011

PLEASE NOTE:  YOUR CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IS AT RISK IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE. DUE TO INCREASED PARTICIPATION LAST YEAR WE ARE UNSURE IF WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY REGISTRATIONS PAST November 30, 211.

Instructions on the site will guide you through the registration process, and interface with the US Lacrosse membership site, as it is mandatory that all participants have a current USL across membership. Payment can be made using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through the site. We have added a payment plan to our program.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:

*NEW THIS YEAR:  ALL forms and waivers will need to be completed online.  Confirmation of those online forms and waivers are required for registration.

 Uniform fitting and spirit wear night will be held from 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday, January11, 2012 at the Lawton C Johnson Summit Middle School. Please mark you calendars. Reminders will be mailed to all registered players.

 The season starts in early March 2012.

             Exact start dates, times and locations have yet to be determined. You will be notified by email of all information prior to the start of the season. It will also be posted on the SLC website for each team.

            Participation in grades 1-3 is only on weekends . Grades 4-8 will meet on weekdays and weekends

                   ALL fees for the 2012 season are posted on the SLC website.
