Summit Police Athletic League Annual Halloween Parade

Come one, come all to join the fun at the annual Summit P.A.L. Halloween Parade.  Kids of all ages are invited to assemble in the Bouras Properties parking lot at 3:30PM where P.A.L Board members will judge costumes in a number of categories including: scariest, cutest, best looking, most original, and best group. At 4PM, all participants will march through Summit downtown and finish on the Village Green where everyone will be treated to cider and cookies.  All parade participants will be given halloween bags with candy and glow-sticks to get you started for holiday trick-or treating.  Summit Downtown gift certificates will be awarded to first, second and third place in each category.
