Triathlon Seminar

The Connection for Women and Families is hosting a Triathlon Seminar on Wednesday, March 7th at 6:30pm. The seminar is open to everyone – including those interested in becoming involved in triathlons as well as beginner to intermediate triathletes.

The seminar, hosted by Victoria Wardle (triathlon coach and elite racer) and Christina Kapp (local triathlete and instructor at The Connection) will feature an informational presentation about the elements of a triathlon, getting started, training basics and how to pick appropriate races as well as a question and answer portion. Wardle has been involved with triathlons since 2002 and became a USA Triathlon Coach in 2009. She has since created her own coaching company, EnvisionTri. Kapp became involved with triathlons in 2008 as a personal fitness challenge.
