Summit Football Takes on Gov. Livingston in First Round of Playoffs Saturday

Game starts at 1 p.m. at Tatlock Field.

Summit High School's football team takes on Governor Livingston at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tatlock Park in the first round of the NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 2, Group 3 playoffs.

The Hilltoppers hope to best their 21-game winning streak, the longest in the state, this afternoon. Following last week's win over Hillside to clinch the county title, head coach Kevin Kostibos told Patch, "This season is a testament to how hard these kids have worked in the weightroom during the offseason. We just hope to keep the momentum going into the playoffs."
