A Kiss is Still a Kiss

Could you use a hug or a kiss with Valentine’s Day just around the corner? Could you use a little lovin’ some time during the year? Just get a coupon for a Free Hug & Kiss at the Summit Department of Community Programs and you are entitled to a little hug or kiss any time of year. Known as the Department that “Shares the Fun!” this coupon offer is only available during the month of February, but redeemable all year long.

Judith Leblein Josephs, Director of the Department of Community Programs is no stranger to this type of promotion. “I’ve used the Hug & Kiss Coupon Promotion in every community that I have worked in.  It started over 30 years ago in the Borough of Leonia, traveled with me to East Brunswick Township and has made a triumphant return here in Summit.”

“The Hug & Kiss promotion has received national recognition for unique programming, has been featured in national publications and even hit the TV news scene on numerous occasions”, boasts Josephs. The residents of Summit experienced the promotion several years ago and it was a big hit.

Simply print the coupon out or pick one up at the Department of Community Programs Offices at 100 Morris Avenue, or at offices found throughout City Hall.
