Recently Linda answered a call for a woman with heart palpitations and the patient couldn’t stop singing the praises of the crew and how comfortable and at ease they made her.  The patient was so impressed by the professionalism, compassion and quick response of the crew that she wrote a very nice letter to the editor in the local newspaper.

Squad Captain Kari Phair praised Linda’s efforts as well, “Linda is always training with her crew and ensures they know where all the equipment is located in each of our 4 ambulances, and of course, how to use it.  Linda has great leadership and rapport, not only with her crew, but the rest of the Squad”.
