Flip, Tumble and Twist at The Connection's Girls Gymnastics Camp

Gymnasts of all levels will love to tumble, flip and twist at The Connection’s Girls’ Gymnastics Camp (ages 4+). The Connection offers traditional day camps in addition to afternoon specialty camps. Whether your camper likes swimming, sports, performing arts or gymnastics, The Connection has something for everyone!

The Girls’ Gymnastics camp for girls ages 4 and up is perfect for beginner to advanced gymnasts. Campers receive instruction on balance beam, uneven bars, vaulting, floor exercise and tumble track in a state-of-the-art facility. The camp also includes your choice of daily swim lessons or recreational swim, open gym, a dance rotation and tumbling contest each week.

“We're excited for another year of gymnastics camp! Every year, we look forward to having girls of all abilities come and experience what our year-round gymnastics program is like” says Tracy Burkholder, the Youth/Gymnastics Director at The Connection. “In addition, the girls get experience in other activities like swimming. It's a really great experience for gymnasts of all levels."

The Connection’s Summer Camps run from June 23-August 15. Parents can choose any week or weeks that best fit their schedule! Girls Gymnastics camp is a half day camp that runs from 1:00-4:00pm.

Looking for an all day camp option? Talented counselors lead campers through a fun filled day during the SummerFun Camp (8:30-1:00pm). Boys and girls ages 3+ enjoy daily activities such as swim lessons, yoga, science, dance, gymnastics, sports, arts, crafts and story time.  Campers are grouped by age and rotate through our 30,000 sq ft building, outdoor recreation and playground facilities, plus the gymnastics gym and indoor pool for a well-rounded summer camp experience.

Sunrisers (7:30-8:30am) is a great option for those who need an early drop-off. Campers will be escorted by staff to their appropriate camp.  Campers Club (4:30-6:00pm) is the perfect way to wrap up the day with a quiet afternoon that may include board games, drawing, arts and crafts and outdoor play.
