The Connection for Women and Families
The Connection for Women and Families is a non-profit, human service organization that provides a wide variety of programs and activities open to everyone. We offer fitness, educational, recreational and social programs that meet the needs of many different constituencies and all age groups in the community.
Serving 6,000 individuals each year, The Connection is well known for its excellent aquatics, fitness, child care and recreation programs. Classes are offered for all ages and are filled with girls and boys as young as six months to senior citizens in their nineties.The Connection has a rich tradition of providing much needed community service programs. Programs include English as a Second Language, special needs swimming and recreation for adults and children, after school enrichment, cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, Pathways, a program for women with breast and gynecological cancers, and The Girl Project, which empowers girls ages 9 and up.

Really great staff, great class offerings, approachable with any concerns or questions. Just great! The kids love cooking with Mrs B and Karate class with Sensei Chris. Very nice and clean facility. Great after school program and flexible, too. Students can attend at their school or be bussed to the Connection.
